Experience India’s charm in this 20 -day tour. Start in Delhi, with visits to the bustling market of Chandni Chowk and UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Then, head into the jungle for bird watching and a tiger safari in Corbett, Bharatpur, Panghot, Ranthambore, Bandhavgarh and Kanha National Parks. Search for tigers, gaur, and other species. Afterward, journey to Varanasi and experience the unique relationship between the city and the Ganges River. Finally, catch the train to Agra, where you can explore Agra Fort and the Taj Mahal at both sunrise and sunset.

Day 01

Arrival at Delhi International Airport On arrival in New Delhi, you will be received at the International Airport by our Company representative. Private Assistance with our company representative:- Please keep a lookout for him as soon as you collect your luggage and walk towards the exit gate in the arrival terminal (we request you not to leave the terminal building until the rep. has made contact with you. Assistance and transfer by car to the hotel where room is reserved for immediate check-in. The rest of the day will be free for you to relax and take a nap after the long flight. In the evening, our representative will come to your hotel and introduce you to Delhi. He will provide you with all the necessary information about sightseeing places, currency, transport and food options.

Day 02:

Delhi:

The next morning, we will start our journey to explore the beautiful city of Delhi. We will begin with a visit to India Gate, a war memorial built in honour of Indian soldiers who lost their lives in World War I. After that we will head towards Red Fort, a Mughal fort built by Shah Jahan in 1638 AD. We will also visit other important monuments such as Jama Masjid, Qutub Minar and Humayun’s Tomb. Finally we’ll end our tour with a visit to Chandni Chowk – one of the oldest markets in Old Delhi where you can buy souvenirs for your loved ones back home!

In the Afternoon visit some of Delhi’s most famous attractions such as India Gate, Red Fort, Akshardham Temple and Lotus Temple. You can also take a stroll through the markets of Chandni Chowk or visit one of Delhi’s many historical monuments. After a long day of sightseeing, you can enjoy a traditional Indian dinner at one of Delhi’s popular restaurants before retiring for the night.

Day 03 Delhi – Corbett By Surface: 290 Kms, 6 hrs.

The next day, we will be visiting Corbett National Park. Located in the foothills of the Himalayas, it is a paradise for wildlife lovers. The park is home to some of India’s most majestic wildlife such as tigers, leopards, elephants, wild boar and many other species. We will be able to witness these animals in their natural habitat and observe the flora and fauna of the area. Our experienced guide will provide us with insightful information about the park and its inhabitants. After a long day of exploring, we can enjoy a peaceful evening walk through the forest before retiring for the night at our hotel.

Day 04 Corbett

On our Fourth day in Corbett, we will be going for two safaris – one in the morning and one in the evening. This is a great opportunity to witness the majestic wildlife of the area in their natural habitat. On our safari, we can observe animals such as tigers, leopards, elephants, wild boars and many more. We will also have a chance to see some of India’s beautiful flora and fauna. Our experienced guide will provide us with insightful information about the park and its inhabitants. After a long day of exploring, we can enjoy a peaceful evening walk through the forest before retiring for the night at our hotel.

Day 05 Corbett You have full day game viewing inside the jungle (two safaris – morning and evening). Overnight stay will be at the hotel.

On our fifth day in Corbett, we will be going for two safaris – one in the morning and one in the evening. Day 06 Corbett – Dhikala By Surface: 34 kms, 2 hrs

After breakfast at Hotel, Enjoy full day birding in the Park.

On our sixth day in Corbett, we will depart for Dhikala by surface. We will be travelling for 34 kilometres and it should take us about two hours to get there. Upon arrival, we will enjoy a full day of bird watching and exploring the park. Our experienced guide will provide us with insightful information about the park and its inhabitants. We can also observe some of India’s diverse flora and fauna while we are there. After a long day of exploring, we can retire for the night at a rest house inside the forest in Dhikala.

Day 07 Dhikala – Panghot By Surface: 34 kms, 2 hrs

On our seventh day in Dhikala, we will depart for Panghot by surface. We will be travelling for 34 kilometres and it should take us about two hours to get there. During our journey, we can enjoy some bird watching and observe India’s diverse flora and fauna. Upon arrival, we will be transferred to the hotel where a room is reserved for our check-in. After settling in, we can explore the area and get a better feel of the local culture. We can also enjoy some of the local delicacies or take part in some activities offered at the hotel. In the evening, we can retire for the night at our lodge after a long day of exploration and adventure.

Day 08 Nainital

The day started with great enthusiasm as we were ready for birding. Everyone had their binoculars and cameras ready to capture the beauty of nature. After reaching the Snow View area, they started their journey of exploration. The whole area was filled with different species of birds, some of them were quite rare and hard to spot. The group was mesmerized by the colourful birds and their chirping sound. They spotted Lammergeier, Thrushes, Treecreepers, Sunbirds, tits and other birds in the sky. Everyone was so excited that they couldn’t help but capture each moment with their cameras. After a long day of birding, they went back to the lodge where they were staying overnight and had a good night’s sleep after a tiring but exciting day.

Day 09 Nainital – Delhi By Surface: 302 Kms, 6 hrs

The next day, the group started their journey to Delhi. On their way to Delhi, they stopped at various places to take pictures and enjoy the scenic beauty of nature. After a long drive of 6 hours, they finally arrived in Delhi. Here, they were received by the hotel staff and were taken to their respective rooms for check-in. After that, everyone had some free time for themselves so they decided to explore the city more and went out sightseeing around Delhi. Everyone had a great time exploring these places before returning back to the hotel in the evening.

Day 10 Delhi – Ranthambhore By Train: Golden Temple Mail, Dep: 07:45, Arr: 13:05

The next day, the group started their journey to Ranthambhore. They boarded the Golden Temple Mail at 07:45 and reached Ranthambhore by 13:05. After checking into the hotel, they went out for a safari in the national park. The entire group was enthralled by the beauty of nature and wildlife around them. They spotted tigers, leopards, hyenas, wild boars and many other animals in their natural habitat. Everyone was so excited that they couldn’t help but capture each moment with their cameras. After a long day of safari, they returned back to the hotel for dinner and had a good night’s sleep after a tiring yet exciting day.

Overnight stay will be at the Resort.

Day 11 Ranthambhore National Park

The next morning, the group woke up early to explore the Ranthambhore National Park. They were welcomed by the sight of lush green forests and the chirping of birds. Everyone was excited to spot some wild animals in their natural habitat. The safari was a thrilling experience as they came across various animals like tigers, leopards, deer, wild boars and more. After an eventful safari, they returned to the resort for lunch and some rest. In the evening they went back to the park for another safari which was equally exciting as before. After a wonderful day of exploration and adventure, everyone went back to their respective rooms for a good night’s sleep.

Day 12 Ranthambhore – Bharatpur By Train: 2904 Golden Temple Mail, Dep: 10:55, Arr: 13:15.

The day started with a hearty breakfast at the hotel, followed by a transfer to the railway station to board the Golden Temple Mail. The journey was smooth as ever and we reached Bharatpur in no time. On arrival, our company representative received us and took us to the hotel for check-in. After resting for a while, we were ready to explore the city of Bharatpur. We visited some of the famous monuments and attractions in Bharatpur such as Lohagarh Fort, Keoladeo National Park, the Government Museum and many more. We also had some delicious local cuisines throughout our sightseeing tour which was a bonus! After a long day of exploring, we returned to our hotel for some rest before starting another exciting day tomorrow!

The sightseeing will include the Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary, a sanctuary popular for its variety of bird species and a paradise for bird watchers. It is home to many endangered species of birds like the Sarus Crane, Siberian Crane and many other species. The sanctuary also has a rich diversity of plants and trees, making it an ideal place to explore nature in all its glory. After exploring the sanctuary, our company representative will then take us to explore other attractions such as the Lohagarh Fort, Deeg Palace and Government Museum. All these attractions offer an insight into the culture and history of the place. As night falls, we shall be transferred back to our hotel where we can get some rest before heading out tomorrow on our next adventure!

Day 13 Bharatpur:-

The Keoladeo Ghana National Park is a paradise for birdwatchers and wildlife enthusiasts. The park is home to over 230 species of birds including the rare Siberian Crane. The park also has a variety of mammals such as the Nilgai, Chital, Sambhar and Wild Boar. In addition, the park has a rich variety of reptiles such as crocodiles, turtles and snakes.

Visitors can take part in various activities such as nature walks, bird watching, boat rides and jeep safaris. There are several watchtowers located at strategic points where visitors can get an excellent view of the wildlife in the park. Guests can also visit the Bharatpur Palace which was built by Maharaja Suraj Mal in 1733 AD. The palace has several paintings and sculptures depicting scenes from Indian mythology.

Day 14 Bharatpur – Agra (En-route visit Fatehpur-Sikri) By Surface: 55 Kms, 1 hrs

On the way to Agra, we will make a short stop at Fatehpur-Sikri. This former capital of the Mughal Empire is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We will spend some time exploring the fascinating monuments, palaces and mosques here. After that, we will continue on our drive to Agra, where we will have lunch before taking some time to relax and get ready for sightseeing in the afternoon.

We will explore the grand palaces, halls and mosques of Fatehpur Sikri, built by Akbar as his imperial capital. We will also visit the beautiful Buland Darwaza, a monumental gateway to the city. We will explore the graceful buildings surrounded by high walls and imposing gateways in this ancient city. The intricate carvings and designs on the various monuments of Fatehpur Sikri are truly captivating. After enjoying a wonderful time at Fatehpur Sikri, we will drive to Agra, the home of the Taj Mahal. On arrival at Agra, we will check in to our hotel and relax for a while before heading out for an evening tour of Agra Fort. On arrival in Agra, the guest will be received by our company representative at the hotel who assist in check-in and provide time for the sightseeing.

After a long day of sightseeing, there is no better way to end the day than to take in the beauty of the Taj Mahal. You can watch as the sun sets behind this majestic monument, creating a scene that you will never forget. After sunset, you can explore the nearby markets and sample some delicious local cuisine. Agra is home to some of India’s most delicious dishes, from spicy curries to savoury kebabs. There is something for everyone! After dinner, you can relax and reflect on your time in Agra before heading back to your hotel for a good night’s rest.

Day 15 Agra – Umaria By Train: Utakal Ganga Express,

After breakfast at Hotel, You will proceed the sightseeing of Agra city with the first attraction visiting Agra Fort, which is a UNESCO World Heritage site. We also recommend a photo stop at Emperor Akbar’s mausoleum in Sikandra. Itmaddaullah’s Tomb known as the Baby Taj Mahal and built between 1622-26 Ad by Nur Jahan the wife of Jahangir in memory of her father Ghias-ud-Din- Beg.

From Itmaddaullah’s Tomb – a wonderful view of the River and the public laundry can be seen which is very interesting. The following day, we will take the Utakal Ganga Express to Umaria. This express train departs at 18:20 and will get us to Umaria by 05:00 the next day. On board, we can enjoy a comfortable ride with air-conditioned coaches, reclining seats and meals provided along the way. We will get a chance to witness the beautiful Indian countryside as we travel through the night.

Day 16 Umaria – Bandhavgarh (01 Afternoon safari) By Surface: 33 Kms, 45 Minutes.

Upon arriving at the resort, guests will be welcomed with a refreshing drink and a traditional welcome ceremony. The friendly staff of the resort will provide a detailed briefing about the national park and its rich wildlife. Guests can also take part in an exciting safari along with experienced naturalists to explore the park and spot some of its majestic animals including tigers, leopards, deer, wild boar, sloth bear, jackal and more. They can also visit the ancient fort located within the park premises for a unique experience. After spending some time in Bandhavgarh National Park guests can return back to their resort for an enjoyable dinner followed by an overnight stay.

Day 17 Bandhavgarh National Park

Morning and evening game drives into the park for tiger and another wildlife sightings.

Apart from the game drives, you can also opt for a jungle safari. The safari will take you through lush green meadows and grasslands, offering a great opportunity to spot different species of animals and birds. You may also get lucky to witness some amazing sights such as a herd of elephants crossing the road or a group of deer grazing in the forest. Furthermore, you can spot other interesting creatures like monkeys, mongooses, and even reptiles. It is an incredible experience that will stay with you for years to come. Overnight stay will be at Resort.

Day 18 Bandhavgarh – Kanha National Park By Surface: 240 kms, 5 hrs

After breakfast at Hotel, our car will give you transfer to Kanha National Park by surface.

After settling into the hotel, we will embark on an evening game drive to the National Park. During the drive, we will be able to spot some of the amazing wildlife that inhabits this reserve. From tigers and leopards to spotted deer and barking deer, there is plenty of wildlife that can be seen in this region. We will also have a chance to spot some of the rare bird species such as the crested serpent eagle and black ibis. After a thrilling game drive, we will return to our hotel for dinner and spend the night in comfortable accommodation at Kanha National Park. Overnight stay will be at Resort.

Day 19 Kanha National Park

After breakfast at the Resort, proceed for the full day game viewing inside the jungle which includes two safaris.

We proceeded for our first safari and took our seats inside the jeep. Our experienced guide pointed out various species of animals and birds that we encountered during our journey. We spotted tigers, leopards, deer, monkeys and many more animals along with numerous species of birds that filled us with awe and amazement. After a thrilling safari ride, it was time to head back to the resort for lunch before heading out for another safari in the afternoon. Overnight stay will be at Resort.

Day 20 Kanha – Jabalpur – Delhi By Surface: 195 Kms, 5 hrs. By Flight:

After breakfast at the hotel, proceed for the drive to Jabalpur. On arrival in Jabalpur, proceed to the airport to board the flight to Delhi. On arrival in Delhi, Castle & King’s representative meet us and took us to the most important monuments of the city. We visited the Red Fort, India Gate, Lotus Temple and Akshardham Temple. We also went to some popular markets like Chandni Chowk and Dilli Haat. In addition, we also got a chance to enjoy a wonderful performance of Indian classical music at the famous Shri Ram Centre.

We had a great time visiting all these places in Delhi. After a long day of sightseeing and shopping, we were very tired but still excited about our flight back home. We had wonderful memories from our trip that will stay with us forever. Our representative from Castle & King dropped us off at the airport where we took our flight back home with lots of happy memories from the Indian wildlife Tour.
