When planning a trip to India, it is important to ask your travel counselor a few key questions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. Firstly, inquire about the best time to visit India, taking into consideration weather conditions and any major festivals or events. Additionally, ask about the recommended duration of the trip and the must-visit destinations in the country. Lastly, don’t forget to ask about any necessary travel documents or vaccinations required for entry into India.<\/p>\n

Slow travel; absorb India rather than have it rush buy<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

As a travel planner, I suggest spending 5 to 7 full days in one place, preferably Jaipur, at a homestay. This will provide lots of opportunities to interact with Indian natives, take day trips in the surrounding area, explore textiles, and decide on the things to carry.<\/p>\n

Prefer 2 or more nights in a place with day trips<\/p>\n

4 to 6 weeks total depending on budget<\/p>\n

Private car and English speaking driver throughout<\/p>\n

Train only for day trips<\/p>\n

No travel at night<\/p>\n
